Why We Have a Cancellation Policy

At Sole Podiatry we have a cancellation policy because we respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If you fail to attend your appointment, another patient in need often misses out and the podiatrist’s time is wasted.

Cancelling Your Appointment

We require a minimum of 24-hours notice before the scheduled time of your appointment if you are unable to attend. This will allow us time to book another patient who may be in need, in your appointment time slot.

Please call us on 9939 1012 or email us at info@solepodiatry.com.au to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If your appointment can be rescheduled on the SAME DAY (schedule permitting), no fee will be charged.

We understand that occasionally events occur that are out of your control. Therefore you may not be able to attend your appointment, or advise us you cannot attend within 24 hours. If this is the case, please let us know and we will take this into consideration.

If you fail to cancel your appointment at Sole Podiatry within 24-hours without a reasonable explanation the full fee of the consultation will be charged. This includes all appointment types including, NDIS, Aged Care Package, TAC.

You won’t be able to book a future appointment until this fee is paid.

How We Process the Payment

  • We will send you an invoice via email or SMS to be paid
  • We will not be able to make any future appointments until the outstanding amount is paid.
  • In cases of multiple missed appointments, you will be asked to pay for your appointment in advance
  • We believe this is a fair approach, providing you with every opportunity to ensure you are aware of our policy.
