Hi my name is Kelsey!

Kelsey Gale is a Senior Podiatrist and Clinical Lead at our Pascoe Vale and Keilor East clinics, with a special interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) presentations, biomechanics, sporting injuries and paediatrics. She loves working closely with her patients to understand their goals and get the best possible outcome for them — so if you’ve got a stubborn ache that’s stopping you moving the way you want to, Kelsey is who you see. Kelsey loves treating musculoskeletal conditions that affect people of any age, whether that be helping a young athlete back onto the field pain-free, helping someone complete a fun run or get back into sport, or simply being able to keep up with the grandkids.

Kelsey graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Podiatric Practice from La Trobe University (2017), backed by an earlier Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement from RMIT University (2012). She’s worked across multiple private practices in Melbourne, stays current through ongoing conferences, and has further trained in dry needling, shockwave therapy and laser therapy. She also mentors Sole’s early-career podiatrists. She is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association, and the Musculoskeletal and Paediatric Special Interest Groups within this.

Kelsey is a former national and international level athlete in Track and Field (long jump), competing until age 21. Over the years she has also participated in swimming, netball, basketball, soccer and cricket — which probably explains the love of all things biomechanics. Outside of work, she loves going on adventures with her husband, 2 daughters and her dog Belle, as well as keeping fit and catching a gig.
