Hi my name is Lauchlin!
I am kiwi, who is originally from New Zealand. I graduated at the Auckland University of Technology in 2021 and then worked as a podiatrist for a few years in my hometown.
I made the journey to Melbourne for a new challenge in my life as I am always looking for the best way to progress and develop professionally. I am extremely glad and excited to be here as Melbourne is such a vibrant and eventful city which so far I have enjoyed every moment of.
From a young age I have always had a passion for the health field and helping others. Podiatry was a great pathway for me to fulfill my ambitions as I get to help others in many different ways from aiding patients return to sports/activity to general routine nailcare/skincare.
Despite podiatry’s niche nature it provides a variety of conditions and cases which really keeps me engaged.
I love to stay physically active in my personal life by participating in things such as running, weightlifting and field hockey. This gives me additional insight on how detrimental general foot health is to everyday life especially those us who ask a lot of our feet from various sport and activities.
