Sarah Warton is a podiatrist, co-founder, and Creative Director of Sole Podiatry, based at our Keilor East clinic. Twenty years ago (almost), Sarah and business partner Jess started Sole Podiatry from a single rented room — today it’s grown into three clinics across Melbourne with a team of more than 20! These days, Sarah’s energy goes into building that team: mentoring podiatrists, shaping the culture, and making sure Sole’s values of excellence, collaboration, and compassion show up in how every patient is treated, not just on a wall somewhere.
That focus comes from a simple belief — a clinic with a genuinely good reputation means more people in the community get access to great care, whether that’s through school, local sport, or dance circles. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Podiatry from La Trobe University, Bundoora (2007), and has kept learning ever since — dry needling, shockwave and laser therapy, diagnostic ultrasound, 3D-printed orthotics, even a club-level AFLW coaching course — so she can lead a team she can back clinically as well as culturally.
Outside the clinic, Sarah’s medical trainer for her kids’ AFL teams, planning the next overseas or caravan trip, or cheering on her Navy Blues. Originally a country girl from Ballarat, she keeps things down-to-earth — in leadership and out of it.
